Nestled on 160 acres, the home is solar powered and has virtually no neighbors in sight. If you're looking for an "off the grid" experience while still being close to town and the lake, this is it! Located only 15 min from downtown Paso Robles’ fabulous restaurants, shops and local wineries and it’s only 5 min from Lake Nacimiento and Oak Hill market, one of the best markets in the county. (This home is cooled by swamp cooler, rather than air conditioner. Living room fire place is available for fires, once our winter rains have begun) ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home. ***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'.
