This 3BR/1.5BA home is in the perfect location--rural feeling with acreage and just minutes to town. Enjoy views from both the front and back patios, as well as back patio gas fire pit. Secluded and private, yet so close to shopping and wineries. Two minutes to Peachy Canyon Winery, Veris, Zenaida, Summerwood, and Castoro. Like having your own country home with all the amenities of town. Large bedrooms, hardwood floors, large fully stocked family kitchen, TV in master bedroom and living room. This home also boasts high-speed Starlink wifi. Off-street parking is available in the driveway. County Permit # 6002459 **Garage is not available to guests. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home ***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'.
