This attached studio apartment with private entrance is the epitome of an efficiency apartment for work or play. Located in a semi-rural neighborhood, but with all the desired amenities--laundry, full kitchen with dorm-size refrigerator, small dishwasher and Wi-Fi. This charming apartment is just a short drive to our Downtown City Square. The unit has been fully updated and is the perfect destination for one or two guests focused on what matters most to them, whether it is work, play, connecting with local families. We invite you to book for the weekend, week, or consider a longer stay! (One small dog (10-15lbs) considered with $25/night pet fee.) City Permit #STR19-0183. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home. ***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'.
